Widow of Pizza Deliveryman Who Was Fatally Beaten Sues Domino’s

FORT WORTH — The widow of a pizza deliveryman robbed and severely beaten in 2009 after being lured by teens to a vacant house has sued Domino’s Pizza, alleging that the company was negligent in failing to follow safety procedures and sending her husband to an unsafe area.
